Busy Days

I don’t know if this is even worth writing about, but here goes. We made it to Lubbock fine. The extra half-day made the run a lot easier and we avoided the big push on the last day. We had time to rest, talk, and move and that was good.

Now that we’re here, I’ve been pretty busy. Yesterday was an intense day working on a research project. This afternoon will be a reprise. This morning we’ll get some breakfast, then I’ll work on sketching a report so we have a place to plug in the work accomplished. I think we’ll have a final product to deliver on time. That is good.

I still have quite a bit of work to accomplish this week. But, I think we’ll get a lot of it done and the remainder coordinated. I think there will be another trip to Austin later in the spring or early summer. I also think there will be one more trip here to Lubbock this summer.

Then I suspect it all ends. I’m not sure I want this to end, but it seems it must. I don’t know how to preserve the work, given that I’m working 1,200 miles from here.
