I noticed last week I had a paltry singleton in my linkfest; hardly a fest — more like at appetizer!

• Ahmadinejad is to speak at Columbia University on Monday. Justin Pope wrote about this earlier this afternoon. Pope’s argument for allowing the Iranian leader to speak is compelling, regardless of what one thinks of Iranian leadership. The essay is worth reading.

• Daughter’s camera died recently. So, I’ve been doing some shopping for her. DPReview.com is a good source for reviews of digital cameras. I also learned that Nikon has a new series of dSLR’s out, which use a full-size sensor. That’s got me thinking…
