The BMW 325i, Epilogue

BMW 325iAfter working through all the numbers, looking at the credits and debits, looking at the wants, desires, and needs and all the appurtenant stuff, we decided that it was better to put our money into a newer vehicle than to put it into a 10-year-old vehicle. So, to make a long story short, we were able to agree on price and obtain reasonable financing. The vehicle now belongs to us and the finance company. (Yes, we own part of it.)

I made an image of it while it still has the new on it. We really like the color combination of silver and gray. It should not show dirt the way that darker colors do. I think we will really like this little car and in many ways it is very practical. Well, as practical as a European motorcar can be.

With that job done (and I am still in a bit of shock that it all happened so fast), I can now get on with other things. I’ve got a ton of work to take care of.

  2. Cool! I know you’ve wanted a Z, but this is going to be much easier to live with the other 98.75% of the time. We considered a lease on one, but went with a Honda Accord instead. More to our budget. — Dazed n Confused    23 February 2005, 13:41    #
