The BMW 325i

Not that we need another new vehicle right now, but we went and drove a (very slightly) used 2003 BMW 325i. It was on the lot of one of the local dealers that we scouted out this weekend for Daughter.

What a sweet machine that is. That in-line six produces a lot of usable torque. The chassis is very stable and the steering is tight. It was the first time in a long time that I drove a BMW. The last time was a Z3 and that was an experience.

But, after looking at the numbers, I think we will not be making a vehicle purchase right now. Our numbers are just starting to look a lot better and I think I want to keep moving in that direction. BMW is not going anywhere and there will be another opportunity.

Regardless, it was a fun drive. I should have taken it all the way around the loop. :)
